SECT CrossFit offers private and small-group CrossFit training. This is done through the Workout of the Day (WOD), which has the ability to be scaled to any individual's current fitness level. All training is based on the CrossFit method of exercise programming and is focused on developing General Physical Preparedness (GPP). This is aimed at increasing an indivual's work capacity across broad time and modal domains. CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD) classes are limited to six (6) trainees per hour to ensure that the quality of our training remains at the highest possible level.
